Phone hang in a key pad

Dear Sir,

I bought the Nokia N79 from nokia delaer at12 OCT at nokiaDIVINE CELL phone but, the cell phone was getting hang and the keypad is not working switched off but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok, but now my cellphone again smae problem i have given at nokia divine cell phone on 16/01.& JOB sheet no 272. but the have send to at delhi nokia customer care centre.

Please do needful as soon as.
