In august I purchased a 1600 Nokia phone, Its network is not working when I went Nokia care Center Kurukshetra, Haryana, India, They misbehave with me and open my cell phone and told it can not be repaired without paying money. when I asked the reason, they misbehave with me and didnot return my phone bill and job sheet,
