Sanjeev Kapoor Khana Khazana Pack of 5 books
My order has been cancelled by them and refund is not being sent

I ordered for Sanjeev Kapoor Khana Khazana Pack of 5 books, order was confirmed with order no. 111963516, Sub order no. 2603598 and payment was made online for Rs. 1092/-. On 5th Oct., 09 I was informed via e-mail ([email protected]) that my order has been cancelled and money will be refunded in the form of Indiatimes Gift Certificate. On 7th Oct., 09 i received an e-mail from [email protected] as "please find below Indiatimes Shopping Gift Certificate that can be redeemed to purchase from a wide range of products at http://shopping.indiatimes.com. But no Certificate no. was given enabling me to purchase the product. Now I am mailing them again and again but they are not responding against my mails
