I had invested Rs.12, 00, 000 in ANSAL's Project C;Customer code – 192/S0007. Receipt No.433356 dt.24/05.

After rigorously following up with ANSAL MANAGENT - Mr. Sushil Ansal and team I faced lots of Harassment, mental trauma for the following up of my refund. I got the cheque that was prepared in Jan09 but delivered to me on 1st May and with Rs.79156 less. I have pasted below the emails written to Mr. Sushil Ansal and team,
Pls help me getting the Justice.

I have been following up on this payment with your management for the last six months and also brought this issue to your notice in March09.
I got the cheque finally on 1st may09 but shocked to see the date on the cheque which was 08 January 09. Scan copy enclosed.
What this means SIR. I was really in a deep trouble and that’s why I was rigorously following up with you on this payment, made hundreds of calls and constantly send mails.
But looks deliberately your management harassed me and didn’t give the cheque that was prepared long back.
Not only this, I was also not given full amount of interest.
There is a difference of Rs. 79156.00.
I need explanation on this SIR.
Please return my balance money. I have already gone thru a very bad experience with your organisation.
If the balance payment is not released in next 7 days time I have to precede for legal action against the company on deliberately delayed the cheque that was prepared 4 months back, failed to deliver balance payment and mental trauma and harassment caused due to not addressing on my genuine and polite requests to release my payments.
I finally request you again to clear this issue.

Inspite of my hundreds of mails, telephonic requests I still didn't get my cheque today. Its really a shamefully part on the management to go to such level and harass the investor.

Sir,
In May I had invested in the above mentioned Project by paying advance registration of Rs.12, 00, 000. Thereafter I did numerous communications with your office and Project Leaders regarding the status of this project and every time I was told it would be launching soon and wait till next quarter and we would also be paying you interest @8% on your payment.
Its now more than 30 months and there are no clues about the status of the completion of this Project.
I am also not in a position to continue my investments into this project and therefore you are requested to please refund my payments with interest.
Some of my earlier requests and Original receipt is attached with this letter.
You are again requested to please settle of my dues immediately, I am really in need of this money.
Your early response will be highly appreciated.
