ERRATIC POWERCUTS AND RUDE SERVICE

Dear Sir

I'm a resident of Himayathnagar, Hyderabad. Since the past few weeks the notified powercut schedule was 2 hours daily (6-7 am and then 11 am - 12 pm). Now, without any prior notice its been changed to 1-2 pm in the afternoon, which is very inconvenient because of the summer heat. When asked about this change on the Complaint Cell number 040-23433437/8, I was given a rude and dismissive reply by a arrogant APTRANSCO employee. Now, adding to the 2 hour powercut, there is a erratic powercut every other hour for 20-40 minutes and even 2 hour powercuts late into the night causing further inconvenience during this summer time, for no obvious or sensible reason. On calling the Complaint cell number listed above, I'm always getting an engaged tone as the phone receiver has been put down. Unfortunately, this has always been the sadistic, careless and disrespectful attitude of APTRANSCO towards its consumers and nobody checks into it. I sincerely request and hope that this helpless consumer situation is highlighted and looked into and some sense and normalcy prevails.
