Non receiving of pan card

Dear sir,

I was applied for pan card on 12th of December & i received sms from uti that i alloted pan ON 24TH dec that already dispatched by post but today on 23rd January means 1 and half month of submission of application & more than one month of dispatch of pan card by post i still not received pan card.

as this kind of service is not expecting from your kind of reputed organisation i humbly request you to please check where is my pan card and if it was returned by post for non posting please post it by registered ad or by courier on my following given address
