I have purchased a Aqua dual SIM mobile phone from deals 4 all for Rs. 3, 999.00. This is an offer given exclusively to the DB card holders. On receiving the product we were able to identify that the mobile we received is totally different from the one that was mentioned in the offer which costs Rs. 3, 495.00. The confirmation number on placing the order is 000054604. It was clearly mentioned as a silver colour handset in the brochure we received for discount offers and what I have received now is the one with a white colour mobile with a blue colour background.
I have been calling up the customer service and they are trying to convence me to take the mobile which i dont want a very bad service and a bad customer serv representatives..never will buy any product from here and will also inform the same to all my peopel about the service
