I have purchased AQUA dual sim mobile through SBI Credit Card from Compact International, Mumbai. The invoice bill is attached herewith for your ready reference. I ordered on 24/9 and received the cell by courier service on 24/10. The received mobile is in good working condition. In July the main part of DISPLAY CARD is damaged. Due to this, bluetooth is also got stopped. As I am a resident of Hyderabad, there is a big mobile service market at Abids, and I searhed for the availability of Display Card in all leading shops. Nobody found the correct matching of Display Card as the Card No. is 36 (Model S8) and the mobile is china made. So the shop owners have expressed their failure to get correct No. of Display Card. I also sent a msg to [email protected] for knowing the service dealer in India. But they have not given the relevant information and informed that because of expiry of warranty period, we can't give any service to this mobile. Now the mobile is in idle condition because of failure of display card. Hence kindly give stringent instructions to Compact Internation, Mumbai about the selling of AQUA mobile without providing dealer details mentioned in their Invoice so that customers can atleast approach the concerned dealer for getting service to this Mobile.
