Complaint Unattended

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Aqua Guard Total some one month back and the equipment is now out of order. I have made a telephonic complaint at Kanpur Service Centre (0512-2313176) and almost 7-8 days have passed and no one has come up to attend the problem. Also I am regularly calling at service centre and daily I am gettting assurance that today the complaint will be attended.

Kindly do some strict action.
