Not getting difference money for 3 yrs service contract for purchasing new

Sir,

one of your agent Mr. Sudip Mondal (M-9434891270), of Asansol WB, assured me to refund my 2500/-

given for 3 yrs. service contract for my old classic model, with you Asansol franchaisee, code1029;

for purchasing, a new nova quaguard w.f., on 29/03; taken my original service card; but till date

did not refunded the difference money.

The other flat owners of my locality, and my service place (Bank); are very much eager to know the

fate of this type assurance.
