Dear Sir,
I bought a Reverse Osmosys water filter from Aqua Guard for Rs. 15000/-. I was told the membranes need to be changed every 2 years, and that they would cost Rs. 1500/-. I got a rude shock when during a periodical maintenance, after one year, the visiting technician told me the membranes need changing and would cost Rs. 3600/-. What was more alarming is that the membranes need to be changed every year.
Moral: Never trust an Aqua Guard salesperson completely.
They have taken their market-leader position for granted. They are only bothered about numbers, and not bothered about rendering value to customers.
Besides, you cannot access company executives in order to lodge a complaint with them. You are at the mercy of the visiting technician. Can you think of it?
Regards,
Bejoy
