Ody damage in newly installed purifie

I purchased a Aquaguard water purifier on 19/04.immediately after installation we observed a damage in the body of filter. i have lodged a official complaint with the company. Even after 1 month company has not botherd to replace the defective sysytm.

I am feeling sorry for purchasing the syatem from so called reputed company.
