AquaSure
Storage filter not working

I bought aquasure 1 month ago. I was given a 1 year warranty. Suddenly the filter has stopped filtering. Nothing is getting thru. I cleaned the cartirigde thrice still no impact.

The retailer Anjali Distributor, Pimple Saudagar is giving me false claims about changing the candle etc..

How can the candle be efffected in just1 month. This all cheating the customer...

I am not sure if Aquasure of eureka forbes is doing anything about this shitty product.

I want some quick action to be taken on this. My complete Family is drinking unpure water from last 2 days.
