Subject: Complain about Eureka Forbes Make Water Storage Purifier (Aqua Sure)

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 1no. Water storage purifier from M/s DSR Enterprises Authorized Franchise Business Partner of Eureka Forbes C-22/16 Sector -57 Noida (U.P)

(Mr..Rajat Jindal, Contact no.9999102600) Invoice No.of product-522 Dated 7/10 And installed on 27/10 at my residence Vaishali sector -6 Ghaziabad

I am facing the problem from day one as water is not filtering properly I contact the sales and service representative Mr. Nilesh (9717901443) but he didn’t provided the proper service. Then I contact Mr. Rajat Jindal (Prop. Of DSR) He gave me complain no. 102483 dated 11/03 for my product and suggested to contact Mr. Pokhraj (Area Manager of Eureka Forbes), then I contacted him on 11/03 but till i have got no response from his side.

So I kindly request you to please look into my problem and take proper action against them. And also provide me the beneficial.
