I bought Aquasure Invory about a fortnight ago to have clean water for the family. The installation team was not adept. Eversince installation, there is water leakage from first stage of filteration. First time I file a compalint to rectity, I am not given a complaint docket number but am assured the fault would rectified even during the weekend. No show - I file complaint again - get docekt number on 27.10.09. as 82086382. Till date - 31.10.09, despite repeated reminders, no one has turned up to solve the issue.
