Beware from Aquasure Installation guy!!!
I just want to warn all who are planning to buy Eureka Forbs water purifier from Installation guy who comes to your home and install it at Pune area specially who comes from Old sangvi Service Center. The guy was a thief……
I brought a Aqua Sure water purifier on 17-06 (Wed da) from Pankaj Verities store which is situated at Aundh, Pune. On 22nd June the Installation guy came to my home for install it after failing the several date…during the installation going on I have just move away from him for a second. when I back he told me you have to Buy a “Diverter valve” from him to pay Rs 250.which is not provided by company and he brought it with him…me and my wife was shocked when I see the same” Diverter valve” which I have seen during the purchasing time to checking all the kit in the box…I chased him but he was telling me very often that he has opened the box front of mine….. some thing more is waiting for me when I see the company warranty card (manual book)..they have clearly mention that they have provided all the installation kit including “Diverter valve”. I chased him but he was telling me he had brought that (diverter valve) him self….then I called up the store from where I brought that product and then they told me don’t pay anything. then that fellow install that without any charges when he thought he had chosen for cheating a wrong person….I wonder if I could not check that thing before then I might be for pay for that thing which I have already paid for!!!
My Point: If he had opened the box front of mine that’s mean company had not provided that “diverter valve” in that box. then how did he know that company had not provided that and brought this valve with him self. either he is cheater or company (Eureka Forbs) is cheater. He just smartly transfer that in his bag within a sec.
My Suggestion to all buyer: Before calling the installation guy put a special mark on every single part. and Don’t move any way until he install and go way.
