PAN Card Not Received

I got pan Number from IT dept on 23.06. but i received only letter. In this letter My name was printed As LAK Hegde instead of L.N.Hegde. I applied for card and correction in card.(CSF No 702851504 and coupon Number 020457075.My PAN is "ABEPH0139G". But you sent a letter asking father name is not matching (Letter Ref No 311067564/244236 Dt 25.8.07.Than i sent a letter clarifying the matter and also original PAN Letter. After that i am not received any reply or PAN card. Please clarify the status of my PAN Card and what I have to Do.

Please help me for getting PAN card as early as possible.
