Thakur and his father having mobile No. 9717930037 and 9818187367, 9810149228 and address as M/s Cotex Engineers, B-122, Patpar Ganj Village Near Primary School, New Delhi are thiefes/Rouges/Economic offenders. an order for Copper Annealing furnace was given to them on 26-04 the material was to delivered within 20 days from date of order and advance of Rs. 50000/- was given to them along with order. More then 04 Months has passed but till so far they have not delivered the material despite various written and telephonic requests and reminders. Even they are not returning us our advance amount of Rs. 50000/- as the cheque given by them to us with great difficulty has retruned unpaid and now a days they do not pick our phone. Both father and son are very clever and are rouges. They must be arrested and put behind bars so that these type of fruads are not repeated by them.
