I bought an Aristocrat S-trolly (of Size 28") on 12-Jan from BIG-Baazar (Situated at R-Maul, Mulund-Mumbai). At the time of purchase, I was assured that this product would be under gaurrantee.
After one months, I had to suffer with measure manufacturing defect of the same product as two of the side strips started losing seems due to poor quality of chords used in manufacturing of the product.
When I went on 16-Feb (at same location) to lodge my complain as well to get the replacement of the same product then I was told that they will be sending the same item for repair. I argued that if I was assured for gaurrantee then why should not I get replacement of this item?? Then they replied that it is under conditional gaurrantee and they can not give the replaced item. Then I told that since it is manufacturing defects so I should get the replaced version of product but not repaired version.
They told that they will talk to Aristocrat agency and let me know whatever the output. I have all the concerned documents of the same product.
Today it is 09th of Apr, but still I have not recieved any updates from them. IS this the quality of service provided by Big-Bazar & Aristocrat???
Could anyone tell me what should I do for next step???
