It is submitted that my pension as per PPO mentioned above is fixed as Rs 1726/-. Vide Govt of India, Min of Def letter No 14 (3)-D (Pen/Sers)/Vol. III date 01 Feb my pension fixed as Rs 1809/- and further on merger of 50% DP it is fixed as Rs 2714/-. Now, the Bank has fixed my pension on taking Rs 1726/- as BP (Pre 2006) without DP, where as it should be taken as Rs 1809/- as BP (Pre 2006) without DP.

My pension should be fixed as following :-

1809/- as BP (Pre 2006) without DP

2714/- as BP (Pre 2006) with DP

4090/- Revised pension 01.01.2006
