No proper communication from Railway Arrival information
My Parents are coming from Vadodara (Gujarat) to Bangalore and trains are running late due to flood situation. When I tried to get information that when train will arrive, every time I am getting it will come in another 30 min

Start Date : 06-Oct-09 7:52 (vadodara)
Schedule arrival : 08-Oct-09 4:45 (Bangalore)
Train late by 19 Hrs late
Please take necessary action about railway inquiry department and inform them to give correct information about train.
