MP returned - reasons not clea

My son C.Saday, has attained maturing and as required by UTI, I had sent, the original ARS Bond (Folio: 3039142203591 for 850 units).

As required, I have signed besides attesting my son's signature. C.Saday, my son has a bank account (Canarabank, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore SB A/c 6676). Though all the details required are furnished, the original certificate is returned with some computerised remarks.

I appreciate your help in resoving this issue and guides for next course of action at my end.
