Passenger's name not seen in the offical list

Booked two tickets on IC 7801 on 5/12/08 to DELHI-KANPUR vide PNR: RDPXRR

Check in with the ticket at the counter to fly to Kanpur.

One of the passenger name was not seen in the official list of airline.

They have given evidences to proove their booking.

But the airline not accepted any proof.

finally that passanger have to take another ticket for his journey to Kanpur

The ticket issuing company Arzoo.com also has not helped at the time of issue.
