Pan no not recived

I am rakesh kumar founder and the president of the above mentioned ngo i applied for the pan card at ito under the instructions of the dealing person on the pan counter i was been intimated that i will recive pan number within 4to5 daysand i check the ame on internet by putting the acknowledgement no provided the application was forwarded on 30/04/09 where as nothing is recived on your end it is urgent and kindly furnish the reason of delay at the earliest if any kind of information is pending on my end at the above mentioned email id.
