Shipment delayed from First Flight Roorkee to our Plant

Material against Docket No. F53336546 dated 26.02.08 booked by our supplier "Wendt India Ltd, Hosur" on door-delivery basis but we received it on 21.03.08 after we asked our supplier for delivery confirmation. This shipment was hold without any information from First Flight Roorkee due to as per their knowledge we are out of their service area (14 Kms away). When our supplier asked them to deliver it here, then delivery man alongwith Branch Incharge (MAY BE) came to deliver and when I asked them reason for delay and the days they were keeping it with them, then that Branch In-charge rudely said "BAHUT DINO SE, KYUKI AAP SERVICE AREA SE BAHAR HO". Should I ask all my suppliers not to send any consignment through "First Flight courier" or anything else you may suggest. Matter is very critical as it is suffering our Production Plan.
