Delay of delivery and not picking up the telephone

I have sent a speed post on 8 september to ujjain MP.it has not been delivered to them even today.i tried calling gpo but they dont answer the call. This is ridiculous. This irresponsible behaviour by the indian postal service causes them lose many of the customers and even many people repeatedly filed the complaints they are least bothered as if thats not their problem in people filing complaints.if they would have resolved the first issue and took necessary steps this day would not have come for any of the customers using speed post.but i am sorry for the service rendered and not taking any steps in resolving any of the issues.my speed post number is EN456626225IN
