Non receipt of money sent by M.O

I sent a M.O. through Esplanade P.O.by ref no PO Mo No D-9069 dt 27.10.09 for Rs 1500/- to Sangeeta Bhattacharya, Nagarkot, Block H-4/2 Bhatiya basti, Kadma, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, Pin- 831005.

The Money was not delivered to the Payee and the case was forwarded to Sr Supdt, .Post Ofices, 18 bal Mudund Road, Kolkata 700007 on 10.11.09 vide memo ref no, ESP/MO- 107/11/08-09.

I sent the money for the purpose of the medical treatment of the payee but the delay has caused terrible healthcare problem.

I am amazed that a money order from Kolkata to Jamshedpur could not be delivered in 3 weeks.

Please let me know immediately why such delay took place in delivery.
