Illegal construction

My name is Mr. Ashok Kumar Arora, I have a complaint against Mr. Pradeep Sabarwal that he is involved in illegal contruction at 9063/27-28 Ram bagh road kishan ganj, bagichi pir jee, We have already sent the notice to Mr. Pradeep against this illegal construction but he is still contructing the building without the permission of MCD. Please do the needful as it is hurting us and society, looking forword for your quick responce.
