I want to lodge a complaint against a cheating happened with me by “Asia Maid Service” (website http://www.asiahousemaid.in).
Above firm claims that, it provides services for House maid, driver, servants, aaya, etc.By looking at website, we have contacted the firm. We were in search of Maid for our home. We were told that, company have range of maids, who can work at home. We were told that, first one has to register with Rs. 500/-, than next day onwards, they will start sending maids. After selection of maid, another Rs. 4000/- needs to be paid.
We have registered with the company with Rs. 500/-, next day a guy came with two maids. Out of which, we have finalized one and she agreed to come on service from next day. As maid was finalized, we have paid balance Rs. 4000/- as well. Everything was fine till the day.
Next day, maid did not turn up and her phone was switched off. We have tried calling the agency (Mr. Raj Patil), but phone was switched off. After 2-3 hours of try, we could contact maid, she said that Raj has asked her not to go. After some time, we could contact Raj Patil as well. He started saying that maid was bad and she was lying, etc. He said, he will send someone else after few days. Earlier, he was telling that he has many maids in hand but after receiving money, everything dried up. Next day onwards, he has stopped picking up phone started saying that it will take longer, services cannot be given immediately etc. In short, Raj Patil doesn’t want to provide services, after taking money. This agency and Raj himself are fraud.
If someone can help me, would be great, else at least I want to tell all that pls don’t get cheated by this agency.
