As a consulting architect, i think i would be the most suprised person on this planet. The asian paints home solutions appears to be a fraud and the response is hopeless. It is a disgrace that the team leader behaves with out manners and dosent know how to present himself to a customer leave alone the sub staff working under him. I have been constantly following the complaint through the toll free number but there seems to be no response.
They have behaved in such a way that i have lost hope on this product and have decided not to recommend this product to any of my future projects.
Gaurav, Rakesh and Ali. They are the totally responsible for the decision i have taken
only if someone could get me the number of someone responsible to take up this issue seriously.
