Wrong delivery of Products

I ordered for SWING MASSAGER through VPP from Asian Sky Shop. Once I received the product and opended it contained CA used books. Total amount paid is Rs 7000/- Rs 345 = Rs 7345/-

As per discussions with Asian sky shop we have send the used CA books. Till date we donn have got our SWING MASSAGER for which we have paid Rs 7345/-
