PAYMENT OF DUES AFTER RESIGNATION

Sir,

I had resigned from Ambala Division after serving as A.S.M. for two years, nine months and seven days, on 16 Oct after depositing Rs. 60071.00 against the cost of training. I am yet to receive my dues as follows:-

1. Provident Fund

2. G.I.S.

3. Leave Encashment

4. 60% arrear of Pay revision

Today, I had contacted NPS Cell of Ambala Division and was told that the P.F. payment will be made only after formation of policy from Mumbai which may take few years more. Other payments are also not likely to be made very soon. Sir, it's already one year past and there is no hope of getting my dues. Please do the needful to get my dues paid at the earliest.
