Dear Sir/Madam,
Most regretfully I beg to state that I applied for a fresh Pan Card following my change of name from Arindam Bhattacharjee to Abhigyan Bhattacharjee through the Pan Service Centre Guwahati with all required documents as applicable. The First Pan was applied as on 25 Nov. On non receipt of the Pan card, I was advised by UTI Technologies Services Limited, Mumbai through E- Mail to apply for CSF, therefore, I applied again for another Pan card as on 11 July Pan Service Centre Guwahati. however, till date I am yet to receive my pan card.
My pan Card No being AMHPB5485F. I want to know about the whereabout of my Pan card. should I keep on applying for the Pan card? It is to mention that I am unable to get any information about my pan status in the option of Pan Track in the site of UTITSL PAN Service. If taken for granted that there is problem in postage, then why am I not getting any information about my application in the status of my Pan card at the UTI site. I want proper address of my grievance and obliged.
