Applied the pancard but not yet recived the Aknowledgement Receipt

Dear sir, I apply for the pancard in online, but i forgot to take the recipt for the aknowledgement for sending the doucments for the application, Iaready submit the payment through the online through Axis bank. But i dint get the Aknowledgement for that so plz... kinndly send the copy of the applyed can u send me the reciept, to my mail ID sir, this is my mail Id: [email protected]. the application in the name of NELAPATI MARIYAMMA plz... send me the reciept sir. thanking you sir...
