NON RECEIPT OF PF CLAIM AMOUNT

Sir,

I had applied for (form 19-10c) PF withdrawl amount in july' 2011 through my company "ASTRA BUISNESS SERVICES" and my PF account number -HR/GGN/26915/1233...

On the epfindia.com website, my PF account status is showing as settled and PF amount sent through NEFT to my bank account as on 25/01, but i have not received any payment in my bank account so far nor any intimation through SMS regarding the same...

Kindly look into the matter and reply at the earliest
