Hi,
I have placed an order with 'The Hindu online shopping portal' for asterix comic 12th Nov'09 and it's still showing as 'Being Processed'.
A ticket was raised by me on 23rd Nov'09 to this effect, which was closed with the following reply -
'Dear Sidharth,
The shipment of the item against your order has been delayed because of stock issues. But our suppliers have confirmed that they will receive fresh batch of stocks by Nov 30 and the same will be executed on the same day.' - by and agent named Praveen.
I have done lot of online shopping before and this is my worst experience.
