This company is not sending the statedments on date, and no reminders u can except from this company. Most of the customer care exucutives will sooth u with comfortable answers but nothing will be done. They told me that my card will be reactivated if I pay the money in a single payment and the lien amount will be released from the sal acc but when I payed the whole amount they are telling that it has been blocked permanently and whatmore even after paying the whole amount they have taken the lien amount from the salary account and just now I have finished my 30 call to the bank and only God knows whether I will get my money back or not.
