Non Credit of Refund in my savings a/c

This has been refernece to my earlier complaint that refund order no 954 has been issued of Rs 13500 and the same has been deposited to my banker at PNB Delhi. Till now the refund is not credited my savings account.

PNB Branch says that no such refund has been send for clearing, it appears that it may be lost.

You are requested to issue duplicate refund at your earliest.
