Delay in transportation

Dear sir

i booked a atlas new cycle from secunderabad to new delhi on 29 sept for ap express 2723 for 30 sept on my ticket no 1239501607 sleeper class from secunderabad to new delhi

the cycle was taken out from the godown but it was not loaded on the train .the loading staff at secunderabad station is corrupt .they were asking money for loadind.my luggage ticket no is 767760 of luggege office secunderabad .till date everyday a am going to new delhi station but my cycle has on reached. i sincerely request to railways concerned authority to look into the matter and help me in searching my cycle
