WRONG DEBIT TO MY ACCOUNT

Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am having a savings bank account with State Bank of India, Rajender Nagar Patna (SB Account No.00000030175001182). I used my ATM card No.6220180166200092590 for withdrawing money of Rs.3000 & 2500 at Indusland Bank, Preet Vihar, Delhi. ATM on 10.08.2009 Evening. As the transaction could not be processed, I have received a message stating that “ transaction was declined for the reason unable to process. But subsequently, when I Print mini statement, I was shocked to note that an amount of Rs.3, 000/- & 2, 500/- was debited on 10.08.2009 towards my ATM card No. 6220180166200092590 operation.

Hence, I request you to make arrangements to take very urgent action to credit the amount which was wrongly deducted from my State Bank of India Savings Bank Account No. 00000030175001182.
