ATM Complaints - cash not received from atm

Sir

Yesterday 31-08-09, i have tried to withdraw rs.10, 000 from other bank ATM, but i was not received money from ATM, but same 10, 000 was debited in my account

I have lounched the compliant to my Saving bank customer care. They said will advice the status after 12 working days.

Any one please advice what kind of action to be taken for this issue. i seen more peoples are facing same issue in india..
