Atm card
Non reissue of ATM card

Dear sir,

I had resistor a complaint regarding my broken ATM card & requested for new card. My request got processed, now my old ATM card is got blocked & till date I haven't got new ATM card.

As per ur email, card is despatched on 7/8/09 by air way bill number is 7057438791.

My saving account no. is= 007301016115.

I also updated my new address which is as follows-

Flat no. 5,

Mhaske's dream housing society,

Opposite dutta mandir,

Bopodi,

Pune=411003.
