Atm card not rcieved

Dear sir,

This is my third complaint that i have not rcvd card i have come three times in branch but mr ahuja who is incharge of atm cards kalkaji delgi tolds me that their is not entry on register pls do the need full thing as soon as possible. I have also check on post office but i dont know where is my atm card

I have complainet on sbi their response

Customer with account number 30424751601 is requesting for ATM Card. Card 6220180157800090928 has been dispatched on 15 jul, but customer seems to be not received it, Kindly verify and upload customer's information for replacement card and send a request to block above mentioned card.
