Erroneous debits on using ATM facililty

Respected Sir,

I had withdrawn Rs. 2000 from Canara Bank ATM using my SBI ATM card on 15/5 at around 5.18 p.m. But I could not withdraw the money. Now, my pass book shows a debit of Rs. 2000 without me taking the cash. I had filed a complaint on line with the SBI thrice. But the only response is an automated mail giving me a ticket number. I request your goodlself to look into the matter and credit my account no. 20013473452 with Rs. 2, 000 at the earliest.
