I had bought a G Mist Fan from ATS Agency, Panampilly Nagar during the Vanitha Exhibition held at Kaloor. After booking the product they brought the fan after repeated calls to them.
But I am sorry to say their product is not what they advertised, using a pedestal fan has more coolness than g-mist fan. They had promised to take back the product but till date they have not taken the product, its 3 months since I bought the product, even after repeated calls they are not taking any action just giving false hopes every day that a rep.will be coming
Kindly take action and do the needful
