I had made arequest for deactivation of service of 9876212244 on 06.11. for confirmation of deactivation, I was calling 121 from my another no.9872022244 on13.11.2008 from 4.30pm to5.30pm to contact customer care exe. but returning to main menu again & again or got disconnected, avery shameful feedback from Airtel.
