Airtel has the worst customer care.they tell that to give us all time service we are told to send our query within120.but if you think by the customers side is it possible to write the whole issue in 120 characters, as if this limit is crossed we get a response that kindly resend your query.
After all. The customer care is our last line of hope. As there is no one to approach or to query if some problem arises in odd hours when approaching an outlet is not possible. Or we are traveling and need some help urgently.
I feel its not logical to rely solely on sms base service as the response is not conveyed immediately in that case. After all other operators are providing similar services but at least customer care (voice) is never blocked. I feel this creates a wrong impression on customer and after all Airtel is such a big brand that we expect better reliability.
apart from that they tell that the gprs is operating at a speed of 115kbps.but reality is that its one of the most 3rd class service ever as it doesn't even extend a speed of 30kbps
hence it denotes that it has no respect for customers nor does the government and authorities as they are allowing such frauds to do business.pity on our country .where nothing is right and u can do nothing.
