Very poor service

Dear Sir,

I am TATA INDICOM broadband connection customer using 2 years. My ID is [email protected].

I have complained last sunday (07-06) registered complain number is 444890 Dt 07-06.The problem is my net link is not stable. I have remained 4 times to made call to Hydrabad customer care. They told that only one answer 'Looking"till now a time (11-06 Time 7 PM) my problem is not solved. No one service person contact to me and solve my net problem .(This is my life, because I dont know other jobs, I am working in online basis. The Tata peoples have no mercy and they don't know about Indian life style, They are coming from very rich countries.) How to contact responsible person I don't know. Their support style is too bad.if any issue, contact Hydradad call center, they forward to complain area, The complain area service persons to look after twodays particular in Coimbatore service is too worst and the responsible person is too lazy, they ignore lower middle class customer. I think there is some corruption playing. I want to know 'who is the correct responsible person in Tata broadband 'Please take immediate action.
