More fair charged by auto in pune

Hi,

I am facing problem of being charged more by auto rickshaws in kalyani nagar pune. Over short distances, they donot agree to go, if they agree they charge fixed amount of money which is generally double of meter reading.

Kindly look into the matter as this is really truoble some for many people.
