I took a rickshaw from Bandra west linking road for chembur east on 27th october at around 4pm.
the meter showed 10.60 reading when i reached chembur. there was traffic between sion n chembur but the meter was exceptionally high.
the registration no of the vehicle is MH-O2 QA 8508.
